Refund policy
All products sold on The Zen Dens Shopify store are final sale due to hygiene and product integrity. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased.
Exceptions: If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will either replace the product or provide a refund for the affected item at our discretion.
